Five Stars Dubai is a professional organization not linked to any brand or chain or marketing company of any of the categories for which the awards are made.

The selection of the structures to be proposed and invited is an exclusive and unquestionable invitation from the members of Five Stars Dubai or by direct registration – subject to approval – of the interested parties.

The purpose of the awarding is to identify, evaluate, select and promote the categories of excellence that will be able to boast the award and the judgment received as a distinctive sign of the quality of its offer and of its service to customers.

The Five Stars Dubai site will work from March 2020 to promote excellent facilities and to highlight the best of service and hospitality that Dubai can offer in a period of maximum attention to quality and excellence like that of the Expo and will award, in 2020, the structures that will be further distinguished.

The Five Stars Dubai evaluation committee will evaluate anonymously all the structures invited to participate, and those that will apply, to avoid any form of pressure or direct contact, to guarantee the quality and independence of the technical evaluation.

The structures invited to participate will all be evaluated and a ranking will be published. To facilitate the work of the commission and the appraised experts, we suggest the interested structures to send this participation form, without which clearly some items cannot be evaluated, and therefore a lower score will result.

In November, the five finalists for each category will be contacted and a person in charge will require a meeting with the management in order to test the services offered to customers to give their own final assessment.

The three finalists will be invited to the awarding gala – in March 2020 – where the ranking and scores will be made public and the winner awarded.
